摘   要


本次毕业设计题目是长春建工学院综合楼结构、施工设计。框剪结构,主体9层,建筑总高度35.7m。整个设计分为二部分:结构设计和施工设计。

结构设计中,主体采用框剪结构,由现浇板、框架梁柱、剪力墙和连梁承担并荷载,基础采用桩基础承担上结构上部传来的荷载。在第五层对柱做了变截面处理。在满足结构抗侧刚度的要求下达到一定的经济效果。考虑高层结构抗震要求,进行抗震验算,并对结构进行了抗震构造设计,采取抗震构造措施,以达到:“大震不倒,中震可修,小震不坏”的目的。

施工部分,主要制作商务投标书一份,工程量预算报价,并编制施工方案、进度计划和施工总平面图。采用平行流水施工,相应工种立体交叉进行。

综上所述,本次毕业设计已经按照学院下达的毕业设计任务书的要求,完成了毕业设计中的各项任务。

Abstract


The graduation project is the subject of Changchun Institute of Technology built complex building structures, construction design. FRAME-SHEAR WALL structure, 9-storey main building height of 35.7 m. The whole design is divided into two parts: structural design and construction design.

Structural design, the main use of FRAME-SHEAR WALL structure, in-situ by the board, the framework and beams, shear walls and beam and commitment to load, based on a pile foundation commitment came on top of the load. In the fifth floor of the column done a deal with variable cross-section. Structure to meet the requirements of lateral rigidity to achieve a certain economic effect. Consider high-level seismic requirements, seismic checking and structure of the seismic structural design, seismicstructural measures taken to achieve: "earthquake is not over by the earthquake can repair, small earthquakes not bad" purposes.

Construction of the main production of a business proposal, the budget project of Price, and the preparation of programmes, plans and progress of the construction of the floor plan. Construction of water used in parallel, corresponding to work interchange.

To sum up, this design has already graduated from college issued in accordance with the mandate of the graduate design requirements, completed a graduation project in the various tasks.
