摘 要

本次毕业设计为预应力混凝土变截面连续箱梁桥设计,跨径组合 50m+80m+50m,

桥宽 14m,单向三车道设计,荷载等级公路-I 级。主梁采用单箱单室截面,对称悬臂浇

筑法施工。

获得的主要成果如下:

1、根据设计任务要求,依据现行公路桥梁设计规范,综合考虑桥位的地质、地形条

件,按“安全、适用、经济、美观”的桥梁设计原则,进行了方案比选,确定了上、下

部结构主要构造及细部尺寸。

2、利用 MIDAS 软件建立了上部结构的有限元计算模型,获得了各控制截面的内力,

根据计算的内力估算出纵向预应力筋的数量,并进行了预应力钢丝束的布置。

3、进行了截面强度验算、抗裂验算、应力验算和挠度验算,结果表明该设计满足

规范要求。

ABSTRACT

This graduation design is mainly about the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge

design. Design of bridge span to 50m +80 m + 50 m, cross section for the single box room,

bridge deck width 14 m, according to the one-way three-lane design. Using symmetrical

cantilever pouring construction girders.

Design process are the main steps are as follows:

First, according to the design task requirement, on the basis of the existing highway

bridge design specifications, to comprehensively consider the geological and topographic

conditions of bridge site, according to the "safe, applicable, economic, beautiful" principles of

bridge design, through scheme comparison, determine the main girder, main structure and

detail size must meet the requirements of the specifications of section size, and refer to the

relevant existing similar bridge design drawings. Girder with single box single room variable

cross-section box girder design.

Second, using MIDAS software structure internal force analysis for internal force of

dead load and live load internal force). Load combination results calculated by the MIDAS

software, and from the attempt to calculate the number of longitudinal prestressed

reinforcement, and comparison with software estimation results. Then decorate prestressed

steel beam.

Finally carries on the checking calculation, including cross section strength calculation,

anti-crack calculation, the deflection and stress check calculation of persistent state

components. Experience shows that the design calculation method is correct, the internal

force distribution is reasonable, accord with the requirement of design task.
