摘要

这次毕业设计主要是关于菩提安大桥上部结构的设计。根据地质资料,和工程实际

情况,提出了三种不同的桥型方案进行选择和比较:1.预应力

混凝土连续梁桥(Variable cross-section and Equal cross-section)、2.预应

力混凝土刚构桥。本着“安全、经济、实用、美观”的八字原则,及预应力混凝土连续

梁桥结构的受力性能好、行车平顺舒适等优点,确定该桥型作为推荐方案。

设计过程中,通过分析桥梁在使用过程中的恒荷载及活载作用,考虑不同的荷载系

数进行荷载组合,将使用状态的短期组合结果作为钢束估算的计算内力。估算出各截面

的钢束之后,按照一定的要求将钢束布置好,重新模拟施工并且考虑预应力作用进行作

用的第二次荷载组合,以进行施工及使用过程的截面强度验算、应力验算和变形验算。

各项验算若均满足要求且设计合理,则设计通过。为了提高设计效率及准确度,在设计

中我采用 midas 软件进行计算,并且充分利用了 WORD、CAD、EXCELL 等软件来整理设计

文件。

本设计桥梁跨度为 60m+100m+60m, 采用单箱单室,桥面宽 16m,分为 2 车道。

主梁采用采用悬臂浇筑施工。

PUTIAN BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS DESIGN—

SECOND-CLASS HIGHWAY

ABSTRACT

The graduate design is mainly about the design of PUTIAN BRIDGE. According

with the geological condition provided and the local condition I present 3design

plan:1.Pre-stressed concrete continuous box girder bridge(Variable cross-section and Equal

cross-section),2.Rigid frame bridge. Considering the principle of “safety、economy、beauty、

practicability” and the advantage of Pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridge I take that

plan as the prior plan.

Through analyzing internal force of the dead loads and live loads at the stage of using

and considering the different safety factor of the force I calculate the design value of

combination for action effects of the limit states and estimate the area of steel of the bridge.

As the steel is assigned reasonably, we should imitate the construction process secondly and

consider the a

ffect of the pre-stressed steel, then calculate the combined force of the limited condition

again,which is for checking the force of the construction stage and the using stage. If the force

can meet the need and the design is reasonable then the design is advisable. During the

process of the design I make good use of the software such asCAD、MIDA、WORD and

EXCELL to optimize my design.

The spans of the bridge are 60+100+60m,which the main beam is respective designed,

each suit has one box one room and two traffic ways, the width of the bridge surface is

16m.The main beam is constructed in a Cantilever construction way.
