湘潭芙蓉大道海鸥(二)桥施工图设计

摘要

本次毕业设计题目为湘潭芙蓉大道海鸥(二)桥施工图设计,首先,通过仔细阅读

设计任务书提供的设计资料,依据现行公路桥梁设计规范,并综合考虑桥位处的地形、

地貌、地质、水文等情况,并结合设计要求,拟定出三个方案:混凝土等截面连续梁桥,

混凝土简支 T 桥和上承式混凝土拱桥,并绘制出这三个方案的结构布置图,然后根据“技

术先进,安全可靠,适用耐久,经济,美观,环境保护和可持续发展”的桥梁设计的基

本原则,比较三个方案的优缺点,确定方案为:45m+45m 的二跨预应力混凝土连续梁桥。

其次,根据所选桥型确定桥梁的主要构造及细部尺寸,截面设计可采用单箱单室结构,

箱梁顶宽 17m,底宽 9.5m,箱梁截面高 3m,主梁部分采用移动支架施工,桩基础为桩径

1m 的挖孔灌注桩。然后,利用 Midas Civil 软件对桥梁主梁的内力(包括恒载和活载的

内力计算)和荷载组合的分析。根据各控制截面的内力,估算每个截面的预应力筋的数

目,布置相应的预应力钢筋。最后,对该桥梁进行了正截面强度验算、正截面抗裂验算、

正常使用状态抗弯验算,并手算一个截面的所有验算,验算结果表明该设计是合理的,

该桥梁的各项性能在设计年限内均能满足的要求。

Abstract

The graduation project titled Xiangtan Hibiscus Avenue Haiou (two) bridge

construction design, first, by carefully reading the design information provided by the design

task book, based on the current highway bridge design specifications, and considering at the

bridge site topography, geology, hydrology, etc., combined with the design requirements, to

work out three options: sectional concrete girder bridge, bridges and concrete simply

supported T-concrete bridge deck, and draw out the structural layout of the three programs,

then according to "technologically advanced, safe and reliable for durable, economic,

aesthetic, environmental protection and sustainable development," the basic principles of

bridge design, comparative advantages and disadvantages of the three options to determine

solutions for: 45m +45 m two-span continuous girder bridge.Secondly, the main structure of

the bridge is determined according to the size of the selected bridge type and detail,

single-box section design can be single-chamber structure, box girder top width 17m, bottom

width 9.5m, box girder high 3m, part of the main beam adoption of mobile scaffold

construction, pile foundation pile of 1m diameter hole digging pile. Then, the analysis

software for use Midas Civil bridge girder internal forces (including dead load and live load

of internal force calculation) and load combinations. According to internal forces of the

control section, to estimate the number of each section of the tendons arranged corresponding

prestressing steel. Finally, the bridges were normal section strength checking, normal section

crack resistance, flexural normal use checking and checking a hand count of all sections,

checking the results show that the design is reasonable, the performance of the bridge in the

design can meet the requirements of life.
