摘要

本设计为小洞中桥施工图设计。主要任务如下:首先,根据设计任务书的要

求,依据现行公路桥梁设计规范,综合考虑桥位的地质条件,经初选后提出了等

截面预应力混凝土连续T梁桥、预应力混凝土简支T梁桥两个比选桥型。遵循“安

全、适用、经济、美观”的桥梁设计原则,比较两个方案的优缺点,把两跨2×

27.86米的预应力混凝土简支T梁桥作为主方案。其次,确定主梁主要构造及细部

尺寸。设计采用T形截面,采用预制安装的施工方法。 然后,利用midas电算软

件进行内力计算及组合,估算和布置预应力钢筋。 最后,进行强度应力及变形

验算,并绘制施工图。经分析比较及验算表明该设计的计算方法正确,内力分布

合理,符合设计任务的要求。

THE CONSTRUCTION DESIGN OF THE SMALL HOLE

BRIDGE

ABSTRACT

The design is about the K7+380 small hole bridge construction drawing design.

And the task as follows: firstly, according to the design requirements of the task,

according to the current highway bridge design specification, geological conditions of

considering the bridge, the primary presents uniform continuous prestressed concrete

T beam bridge, prestressed concrete simply supported T beam bridge two than

choosing bridge. Bridge design follow the principle of "safety, applicability, economy,

beauty", compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes, the

prestressed concrete simply supported T beam bridge with two spans of 2*27.86

meters as the main scheme. Secondly, determine the structure and detail the main

girder dimensions. Design with T shaped cross section, the construction method of

installation of prefabricated. Then, using Midas software for calculation of internal

force calculation and combination, estimation and the layout of prestressing. Finally,

the strength stress and deflection, and plot construction drawings. Through the

analysis and checking calculation shows that the calculation method of this design is

correct, the internal force distribution is reasonable, consistent with the design

requirements of the task.
