摘要

本设计为永州宋家洲西大桥施工图设计,根据任务书要求,综合考虑桥位处的地质、

地形条件,并结合现行公路桥梁设计规范,推荐采用主桥加引桥的设计方案。经初选后

提出了主桥分别为 55m+2×90m+55m 四跨一联的变截面预应力混凝土连续梁桥、一孔

80m 外部整体简支的钢管混凝土系杆拱桥、80m+130m+80m 矮塔斜拉桥三个比选桥型。

引桥均为 35m 预应力混凝土 T 梁,桥梁全长 360m。桥面纵坡为 2%,横坡为 1.5%。变

截面预应力混凝土连续梁桥为主推荐方案。

主桥上部结构为四跨预应力混凝土连续梁桥,采用分段悬臂浇筑的方式施工,在施

工过程中经历一系列的施工阶段逐渐形成连续梁体系,恒载产生的内力由各个施工阶段

产生的内力叠加而成。设计中首先根据经验拟定主梁结构的尺寸,选用材料;然后采用

RM Bridge V8i 软件进行主梁作用效应计算及作用效应组合,估算并布置预应力筋,配

束后按规范进行强度和变形验算,最后对施工过程中的最大悬臂状态进行了抗风分析。

验算和分析结果表明该设计计算方法正确,内力分布合理,符合设计任务的要求。

THE CONSTRUCTION DESIGN OF YONGZHOU

SONGJIAZHOUXI BRIDGE

ABSTRACT

The design is about the construction design of Yongzhou Songjiazhouxi

Bridge .According to the design requirements and the present standard specifications for the

design of highway bridge and culvert, considering the bridge’s geological and topographical

conditions comprehensively, It recommended used Main bridge and bridge approach design.

The primaries proposed by the main bridge is 55m +2 × 90m +55 m Four-Span of tapered

prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge, A hole 80m simply supported the overall

external steel tube concrete arch bridge, 80m +130 m +80 m part of the cable-stayed bridge of

Selection of the three bridge.Approach are 35m prestressed concrete t-beam bridge length

360m. Deck longitudinal slope of 2%, cross slope is 1.5%. Recommended schemes for

prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with variable cross section.

gradually form a continuous beam system, constant load, the internal forces generated by the

various construction stages Superposition of internal forces. First,the experience prepared the

design of the main beam according to the size of the structure, the choice of materials; Then

combinations, estimates and layout of tendons, with specifications after the end of the

strength and deformation by checking, Finally, the maximum cantilever construction process

of the state of the wind.

The comparative analysis and calculation shows that the calculation method is right and

the distribution of the internal force is reasonable, according with the requirements of the

design.
