云溪大桥(2 号桥)施工图设计

摘要

本设计采用的是满堂支架施工方法,全桥总长 125m,跨径布置为 3×40m,上部结

构采用单箱单室箱梁;下部结构为柱式桥墩。设计过程如下:

首先,根据设计任务书的要求,依据现行公路桥梁设计规范,综合考虑桥位的地质和

地形条件,按“安全、适用、经济、美观“的原则,进行方案比选,筛选出最合适的桥

型方案。

然后进行主梁的细部尺寸拟定,根据规范要求,分别进行了结构自重,汽车荷载,

温差次内力及基础沉降内力计算并完成内力组合。依据以上数据,布置预应力钢筋和普

通钢筋。

最后依次进行截面强度验算,截面抗裂验算,持久状况构件的应力验算,短暂状态

应力验算及挠度验算。

经验算表明该设计计算方法正确,内力分布合理,符合设计任务的要求。

CONSTRUCTION DRAWING DESIGN OF YUNXI

BRIDGE (THE 2ND BRIDGE)

ABSTRACT

This design uses a full framing construction methods, full-bridge length of 125m, span

arrangement of 3×40m, the upper structure of a single tank single-chamber box girder;

substructure of column pier. The design process is as follows:

First, according to the design requirements of the mission statement, according to the

existing highway bridge design specifications, considering the bridge site geological and

topographical conditions, according to the principle of "safe, suitable, economic, aesthetic,"

and carried scheme selection, screening out the most appropriate bridge type scheme.

Then detail the size of the main beam formulation, according to regulatory requirements,

were carried out structural weight, vehicle load, temperature of secondary forces and

foundation settlement calculation of internal forces and complete combination of internal

forces. Based on the above data, and general arrangement of prestressing steel reinforcement. Finally, section strength checking in turn, cross-section crack resistance, stress lasting

condition member checking, checking and transient state of stress deflection checking.

Experience shows that the design and calculation methods calculate the correct, rational

distribution of internal forces, in line with the requirements of the design task.
