摘要

本设计是本次桥梁工程专业毕业设计,黄家垄特大桥第四联方案比选与施工图设

计。

首先,根据桥型布置图,桥位的地质、地形条件,遵循设计任务要求,初步拟定了

3×40m 预应力混凝土简支 T 梁桥、3×40m 等截面预应力混凝土连续梁桥作为比选方案,

比较两方案的经济性,并重点考虑行车舒适的因素,最终确定 3×40m 等截面预应力混

凝土连续梁桥作为选定方案。并根据比选内容撰写了开题报告。

其次,通过上部结构计算,拟定了主梁尺寸,设计采用单箱单室箱形截面,用满堂

支架法施工。

然后,利用 Midas 电算软件进行内力计算及组合,估算和布置预应力钢筋,验算发

现截面强度不满足要求,后来通过调整预应力钢筋的数量而满足要求。

最后,根据上部结构计算,绘制了 12 张施工图,其中 2 份为手绘。

THE CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION DESIGN OF THE FOURTH PART OF

HUANGJIALONG HUANGJIALONG HUANGJIALONG HUANGJIALONG SUPER MAJOR BRIDGE

The design is about the construction design of the fourth Part of Huangjialong Super

Major Bridge.

First of all, according to the design requirements and the present standard specifications

for the design of highway bridge and culvert, considering the bridge’s geological and

topographical conditions comprehensively, it introduces two bridge type schemes which are

equal cross-section prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge, prestressed concrete simple

T girder bridge. Complying with the principles of bridge design—safety, practicality,

economy and beauty, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the design schemes, a

3×40m equal cross-section prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is selected as the

main recommend program.

Secondly, determine the main girder structure and details of the size. A single box with

single room is choosed as the cross-section shape. And the construction method of the bridge

is bunch stents. Thirdly, calculate and combine the internal force, estimate and arrange the prestressed

reinforcement by using Midas software. Finally, check strength and deformation, and draw construction drafts. The comparative

analysis and calculation shows that the calculation method is right and the distribution of the

internal force is reasonable, according with the requirements of the design.
