摘要

本设计是凯里滨江路 4#桥第一联三跨预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥施工图设计,跨径布

置为 3×30m,设计过程如下:首先,根据设计任务要求,依据现行公路桥梁设计规范,

综合考虑桥位的地质、地形条件,按“安全、经济、适用、美观“的桥梁设计原则,进

行设计方案比选,并确定等截面预应力混凝土连续箱梁作为设计方案。

其次,拟定主梁主要构造及细部尺寸,然后根据设计的要求,进行结构自重,汽车

荷载,温差应力及基础沉降内力计算,最后布置预应力钢束和构造钢筋。最后进行验算,

其中包括截面强度验算,抗裂验算,持久状况构件的应力验算,短暂状况应力验算和挠度

验算。经验算表明该设计计算方法正确,内力分布合理,符合设计任务的要求。

THE CONSTRUCYION DESIGN OF THE FIRST FILE OF 4#

BRIDGE ON KAILIBINJIANG ROAD

ABSTRACT

The design is a construction design of three-span uniform cross section of prestressed

concrete continuous box girder on KAILIBINJIANG ROAD ,which the span is 3×30 m.The

procedure of the design is listed as follows:

Firstly, according to the requirements of design task , based on the current highway

bridge design specifications and the book of bridge engineering, considering the geological

and topographical conditions of this bridge, according to the principles of bridge design-

"security, economy, applicability and beauty", to take bridge type scheme comparison , and

choose prestressed concrete continuous box girder as a design plan.

Secondly, Studying out the main girder structure and detailed dimensions, and then

calculating internal force of structural weight, vehicle load, thermal stress and the settlement

with the basis of design requirements, and finally layout prestressed tendons and

constructional reinforcement. Finally, It’s checking, including cross-section strength checking, crack resistance

checking, persistent component of the stress condition checking, transient state of stress

checking and deflection checking. Checking calculations shows that the design calculation

method is correct, the internal force distribution is reasonable and meets the design tasks.
