摘要本文针对浏阳至醴陵高速公路 K0+130 楠竹湾高架桥方案进行了施工图设计。结合设计基本要求、桥址处地理地质条件与主要技术标准,最终拟定 6×20m 空心板连续梁桥为推荐方案,通过参考相关成桥经验和数据查阅资料对此设计方案进行了主梁细部结构尺寸拟定,利用 Midas Civil 2012 对主梁结构进行了二期恒载、温度荷载、移动荷载、支座沉降及施工阶段等内力分析,根据分析结果的内力短期效应组合进行了预应力估算,经过预应力布置以及调整确定了预应力钢绞线的数量和最终布置形式。最后根据配筋结果用软件对主梁结构进行内力组合和混凝土强度、应力及抗裂性验算,验算结果表明,各项参数均满足要求。并按照设计要求和进度完成了英文文献翻译和工程图绘制。 关键词:连续空心板梁桥;内力分析;预应力;配筋浏阳至醴陵高速公路 K0+130 楠竹湾高架桥施工图设计Happiness bridge construction projectAbstractThis paper conducted the Liuyang, Liling highway K0 +130 bamboo Wan Viaductconstruction design program .Combined with the basic design requirements, geographical andgeological conditions at the bridge site with the main technical standards, and ultimatelydevelop 6 × 20m hollow continuous bridge is recommended program,Bridge by reference torelevant experience and data access to information on this program was designed to detail thestructure of the main beam size intended,Use Midas Civil 2012 for the main beam structuresuch as dead load, internal force analysis of temperature load, moving load, bearingsettlement and construction phases, etc., based on the analysis of the short-term effects of acombination of internal forces were prestressed estimates after layout and prestressedadjusted to determine the amount and form of the final layout of prestressing strand. Finally,the main beam structure reinforcement results in accordance with a combination of softwareand internal forces concrete strength, stress crack resistance and checking, checking resultsshowed that meet the requirements of various parameters.
